Welcome to Lazy Lizards Yoga. We offer a kid sized yoga mat, with poses printed direcly on the mat, to make it easy for children to practice at home on their own or with the Lazy Lizards Yoga DVD. Children's yoga classes are also available for schools and mom's groups.
We are dedicated to introducing yoga at a young age, to encouarge a healthy lifestyle early. Kids love doing yoga. Yoga comes naturally to children, they love to use their imaginations to move their bodies in creative ways. Have your child try yoga, and watch him or her grow from the inside, out.
